Every product we supply and install is custom made to order, and we stand behind the quality of our workmanship and the products we recommend.

Our workmanship

All manufacturing and installation carried out by Innovative Curtains & Blinds is guaranteed against defects in workmanship. If something isn't right with the way your product was made or installed, contact us and we will make it right.

Manufacturer warranties

The products we supply are backed by their manufacturers' warranties, which vary by product and component. As a guide: motorisation components such as Somfy motors carry their own multi-year manufacturer warranty. The warranty period applying to your specific product will be confirmed on your quotation and contract.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality where the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in our warranty terms limits those rights.

Simply call us on (03) 9486 7688 or use our Service & Repairs form — attach a photo of the issue and a technical team member will contact you within 24 hours. Wherever possible, our technicians repair on site.
